  1. I just installed the 10.3.1 update last night. I have several movies on the TV app through my phone and now it won’t let me watch them without Wi-Fi. How do I fix this.

    1. This is an ongoing problem with TV app since iOS 10.2. To watch your downloaded movies on iPhone with TV app, you’ll load all contents in Library with Wi-Fi firstly, next turn off Wi-Fi, then you should be able to watch movies without Wi-Fi. Hope this workaround may help you out:)

      1. I downloaded all of my videos via wifi and I am still having issues. I travel frequently…I go from watching videos on the plane in offline mode to not being able to see them (non-stop spinning wheel) when I get off of airline mode when I land. It then works again later that day. It seems fairly random on my phone, but is extremely frustrating. I paid for videos and cannot watch them when I want.

  2. We no longer have text or emails coming in since updating. Can’t figure out how to fix it, or find anything on the internet about it

  3. Lost ability to edit/manage apps within location services; the list of apps that used to appear below “Share my Location” are totally gone, so, for example, one cannot remove private information automatically being embedded in photos anymore.

    1. Do you turn on “Location Service” in Settings > Privacy > Location Service? You won’t see any app under “Share My Location” if you disabled “Location Service”.
      Enable Location Service on iPhone

  4. Can’t use my Touch ID since the 10.3.1 update. I’m unable to add new fingerprints, there’s no fingerprints to delete. When I try to add Touch ID it immediately gives me a failed message. Tried the advice given above, the iTunes and App Store are already turned off. Please help!! Paid too much money on this thing to have these annoying issues!!!

      1. Thanks!!! Tried 1-4 No Bueno. Fingers crossed on #5. Gonna try it today. I’ll update soon.

  5. I was on YouTube and after finishing I quit the app and when it came to the home page I realised there was a faded picture on my screen. When I opened the navigation bar I could notice that it was a frame from the video I was watching. It is stuck on that frame and it doesn’t go what so ever .

  6. i have Iphone 6 16 gb when i was software update 10.3.2 then after installation my iphone is not working perpectly
    1. shaded screen
    2. camera not workin

    4. when i m reset my iphone then also shaded screen

  7. Installed 10.3.2 no now voicemail. Voicemails left, but voicemail folder empty. Rebooted, reset network no results.

    1. Did you back up your iPhone before iOS 10.3.2 update? You can restore your iPhone from either iCloud backup or iTunes backup to get back these missing voicemails.

  8. Ever since I got iOS 10.3.2 my Apple ID hasn’t been working. I’m able to log in and out, but I can’t view it to cancel subscriptions. Im hoping updating will fix it!
