1. Make Sure You have Enabled My Photo Stream on Your Device

To successfully sync your recently taken photos from one device to other device, you need to make sure you have turned on My Photo Stream on all your devices. You can go to Settings > iCloud > Photos to check it.

2. Make Sure You Have Enough battery on Your Device

My Photo Stream will be disabled temporarily to preserve battery life if your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is below 20% battery. Therefore, you need you make sure you have more than 20% battery to use My Photo Stream.

3. Close Camera App

Your new photos will be synced to My Photo Stream only when you close the Camera app. So double-click the Home button to check if Camera is still opened, if yes, swipe up to close it.

4. Ensure You have connected you iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to Wi-Fi

Another thing you should pay attention to is that My Photo Stream will automatically upload new photos and send them to all of your iCloud devices only when connected to Wi-Fi. So please make sure you have connected your device to a stable Wi-Fi connection.
